What to Expect When Booking a Boudoir Shoot
Your Boudoir Experience: A Step-by-Step Guide
Booking a boudoir session is an exciting and empowering experience! Whether you’re celebrating a personal milestone, a relationship, or simply want to feel amazing in your skin, we’re here to guide you through every step of the process. No experience necessary, you don’t need to be a model to rock your shoot. We’ve got you, and we promise to make you feel like the confident, badass person you are. Here’s what to expect when you book a shoot with us.
Step 1: Booking Your Consultation
The first step is securing your session! Our availability fills up quickly, so we recommend booking as early as possible.

Submit your inquiry through our booking page.
We’ll send you an email with a Welcome Packet that will have some questions for you to fill out.
Once you are done filling out the packet you will be able to choose a date for your consultation where you will have a zoom/facetime call with us to plan the details for you shoot.
After the consultation we will send you a follow up email where you will pick the shoot package that works best for you and pick the date for your shoot.
Payment Plans Available: We understand that investing in yourself is a big deal. You can make payments leading up to your session.
Step 2: Planning Your Wardrobe & Styling
Your boudoir shoot should reflect your personal style and make you feel confident! We offer wardrobe guidance, and you can browse our list of recommended lingerie shops:
We also provide access to our in-house client closet with a small selection of beautiful pieces for you to use during your session.
Step 3: Preparing for the Session
To help you feel your best on the day of your shoot, here are a few preparation tips:
Skincare: Moisturize and avoid heavy sun exposure before your session.
Hair Removal: If waxing or shaving, do so at least 24-48 hours in advance to avoid irritation.
Hydration & Rest: Drink plenty of water and get a good night’s sleep before your shoot.
Outfit Try-On: Try on all outfits in advance to ensure a perfect fit.
Spray Tans? Waxing? If you regularly get spray tans, go for it! If it’s your first time, we recommend skipping it to avoid streaks or patchiness. Same with waxing—stick to what you know works for your body. Razor bumps? No worries, we’ve got strategic posing and light editing to take care of that.
We’ll also send you a detailed prep guide so you know exactly what to bring and how to get ready.
Step 4: The Day of Your Shoot
Your session day is all about feeling empowered and having fun! Here’s what to expect:
Arrival & Welcome: We’ll greet you at the studio, go over your outfit choices, and hype you up!
Shoot time: You will jump into the first outfit of your choosing (or maybe nothing at all) and we will get the shoot started!
Guided Posing: No clue what to do with your hands? Don’t worry—we will guide you through every single pose, ensuring you look stunning in every shot. We even show you the back of the camera throughout the session so you can see just how incredible you look!
Comfort & Confidence: Our sessions are relaxed and judgment-free. We create a comfortable environment so you can fully embrace the experience. There will be snacks, coffee if you want it, and we can take all the breaks you need. We only schedule one session per day so we can focus entirely on you during your shoot.
Will My Photos Be Shared?
Nope, never. Your privacy is our priority, and your images will only be shared if you sign a model release. (We can do anonymous photo sharing as well.)
Step 5: Viewing & Ordering Your Images
After your session, we’ll take the time to edit your photos and then send you a private gallery of your photos online for you to view in your own time and comfort. Digitals are included in your session!
You’ll have the option to purchase prints or albums from the store that is on your gallery.
If you prefer something a little more curated, we’ll help you design the perfect album or wall art to showcase your images beautifully.
Gallery Delivery Time: Your images will be ready within 3 business weeks (21 business days). We take pride in delivering high-quality, professionally edited photos that you’ll cherish forever.
